Hi, I’m Hapi, and I help daughters of narcissistic mothers untangle the confusion, reclaim their truth, and finally feel at home in their own lives. For years, I lived half-alive, carrying invisible wounds that no one seemed to understand. I smiled on the outside, but inside I questioned everything — my worth, my memories, even my right to exist. Growing up with a narcissistic mother taught me to minimise myself, to bend, to please, to survive… but never to thrive. It wasn’t until I began my own healing journey that I discovered something life-changing: the problem was never me. And the moment I understood that, everything shifted. Now, I’ve woven together gentle but powerful methods — from Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to radical self-care practices — into one clear pathway designed specifically for women like you. It’s a safe, supportive space to untangle what’s been holding you back and take your first real steps toward freedom, self-trust, and joy. What lights me up most is seeing daughters of narcissistic mothers realise: “I wasn’t the problem — I was just made to feel that way.” Watching that spark of recognition turn into self-trust, strength, and a whole new sense of possibility is why I do this work. My Mission?

My mission is to shine a light on the hidden truth: abuse from your mother or family is a form of domestic abuse. It leaves deep scars, yet too often it goes unrecognised, unspoken, and unchecked. I believe every daughter deserves to know that what she endured was real, that it wasn’t her fault, and it's against the law. I am committed to raising awareness so this form of abuse is no longer invisible — from schools where young people can learn the signs, to communities where support and understanding can grow. Because what people don’t always see is that narcissistic abuse doesn’t just wound in the moment — it ruins lives. And it will continue to, unless we call it out, educate others, and stop it at its roots. Through my work, I help daughters of narcissistic mothers recognise the truth of their experiences, heal from the damage, and reclaim the lives they were always meant to live
